Quick "tip"

Muscle is a metabolically active tissue there is  much more than fat. This means that muscle burns calories even when you are doing nothing. Having more muscle means you can eat more and still lose fat witch you want im sure. The best way to gain muscle is through resistance training, e.g. weight lifting. This can be done two to three times a week for good results.Aerobic exercise such as jogging and running may result in some muscle gain but it is minimal when compared to resistance training. Muscle is what gives your body shape. You can loose all the fat you want but if you don't have any muscle to show then you won't have any real shape to show. Nobody can loose ten, fifteen or even twenty kg's over night. It will take commitment. You must also comet 250%.
The best thing for you to do is do not start off to hard reason being you are going to start hatting it and dread it when it's time to gym. Some people actuality  want to start off hard and beat themselves every time the reason for that is because your body will soon get use to it and you will be giving 100% from the go, although please make sure you know what you doing because you are more likely to hurt yourself very badly. do you safer and more advisable.

Your workout time

No workout should  take you longer than 30 minutes.  MAX Workouts is based on shorter, higher intesity strength & cardio training.  Also incorporate full-body (functional) exercises, interval training, and circuit training.  Training this way gets you super lean and defined without having to spend hours in the gym each week.  Better yet, your body will recover faster so that you can workout the next day without being too sore or tired.  I reccommend you workout 4-6 days per week.

Where are your limits....

Every man will play because of the love for the sport. you will be shocked  on how many woman and men play that are disabled sportsmen. nobody has the right to stop you from doing what you love right! well you have basketball players that are on wheelchairs, you have relay runners that run on flexible  stilt.

You get woman and men that just cant loose and love the spot light, i know, i know but there are people out there that will cheat just to stay onto. They will try make you forfeit just so they do not feel threatened by you when during the competition. Fortunately they only make you stronger and they get weaker.

You get sportsmen that are millionaires through sports but due to the fact that they do not continue doing it for the love and passion of the sports they end up doing more spending then sports, making themselves more unhealthy then being fit. There finance drops drastically, sometimes with out them even noticing and then every thing ends up falling apart.

Why do people play sports?

Here is one reason, and many people will give one reasons. People with an average development do have have an excess of energy especially if they do not have physically demanding work or jobs.
This available energy will and can usefully be displaced in activities which increase fitness and also apples good enhance the chances of attracting the opposite type of orange.
Team sports provide some role play benefits in terms of improvements to co-operative technique, though it is often viewed that it is the excitement of the competition, and the adoration of peers given to winners which is a prime motivator.
In many ways sport is practice to help with real life situations.
Satisfaction comes from endorphins released from exercise. Nature has a way of drugging us to like exercise. It may be that this is the only reason and that all other reasons are secondary being reinforced by the pleasure feeling. In other words it feels good.

All sports today have being used for different types of reasons today. We have people starting sports due to the fact that they want to stop a bad habit e.g: smoking. people that are over wight and can not afford diet pills or sub-laments, most of the natural diets today will and use sports.

All sports have being taken to another level in our 21st century, we have the world competing each other in sports. There is the rugby, squash, water polo, moto gp, motocross, the x games, soccer world cup,the English premier league, cricket world cup,the PGA golf tours, tennis cups, even the Olympics but that now has its very own sports some i have mentioned and some i have not. meanning of sports

A sport is an organized , competitive , entertaining, and skillful activity requiring commitment, strategy, and fair play, in which a winner can be defined by objective means. It is governed by a set of rules or customs. Activity's such as card games and board games, are classified as "mind sports" and some are recognized as Olympic sports, requiring primarily mental skills and mental physical involvement. Non-competitive activities, for example as jogging or playing catch are usually classified as forms of recreation.
Physical events such as scoring goals or crossing a line first often define the result of a sport. However, the degree of skill and performance in some sports such as diving, dressage and figure skating is judged according to well-defined criteria. This is in contrast with other judged activities such as beauty pageants and body building, where skill does not have to be shown and the criteria are not as well defined.
Records are kept and updated for most sports at the highest levels, while failures and accomplishments are widely announced in sport news. Sports are most often played just for fun or for the simple fact that people need exercise to stay in good physical condition. However, professional sport is a major source of entertainment.

While practices may vary, sports participants are expected to display good sportsmanship, and observe standards of conduct such as being respectful of opponents and officials, and congratulating the winner when losing. Our sports have gone so big as in competing that the whole world will choose a sport and compete in it for e.g ; the soccer world cup, the Olympics, cricket world cup....
